Here is the information you need to set up your CUADERNO DE VERBOS.
On the first page of the notebook, copy the list of verbs found at the following link.
The list should fit neatly in two distinct columns on the first page.

Now, turn the page to the first "spread" (two pages next to each other) and copy the template (found at the link below) onto these two pages.
Basically, you are dividing the two pages into 8 quadrants (four on each page). Each quadrant will contain one tense...or set of verb of forms.  Be sure to copy each label exactly, and note where to skip lines.
